Software: PDF to Computer Transfer
Hardware: 800MHz Intel or AMD CPU, or above; 512MB RAM or more

This guide includes two parts:

1. How to import PDF from PC to Apple device.
2. How to export Apple device PDF files to PC.

The first thing you need to do is to free download PDF to Computer Transfer. Also you should confirm your iTunes version is the newest version to satisfy your need. The interface will pop up like this:
